Covered Entities (including ARF operators, group homes, and care organizations subject to HIPAA) are required to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with TechNova System LLC prior to entering, storing, or transmitting any PHI through the platform. Use of the platform without an executed BAA where one is legally required is a violation of this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
